An Open Letter to the girl who sat next to me

I didn’t even know your name but I smiled to you and you smiled back to me. We sat there for 2 and a half hours. We sang together. Also, we stand together. I didn’t know about you, but somehow I just felt so close to you, somehow I could feel your loneliness, it was like your eyes talked more than enough.

After a couple of hours, there was something in me that pushed me to say something to you but I hold it. I didn’t know why, perhaps I was too shy to talk to you, but as soon as I walked out of that building, that something kept bothering me. It was like “go tell her, she needs it more than you think” and I was like “I don’t even know her, is it weird to poke her and say those words” and I fought with myself.

girl

God loves you. Jesus loves you. He always there for you

I finally said that. I even run to find you, against those people in the lift and escalator, I finally found you and said that.

You probably thought “Who the heck is this girl?” You probably thought I was crazy or even worse than that and you probably right. I sure was thankful that I finally said those words to you. In fact, I was grateful for the opportunity to be the messenger of those words. The moment I delivered it to you the moment I was also feeling blessed. It was like a return message.

THE MUSINGS

That moment was when I felt alone and things started to get a bit hard. The moment that God let me to deliver the messages in order to let me know that He was and always there for me. He sent you to smile, sat, stand and danced with me and also, to pray with me even only for a couple of hours but that was lovely and warm. At the end He wanted to tell me those words by delivering it to you. That way I could feel it came out from my mouth.

To the girl who sat next to me, thank you. I couldn’t find any other words than that. No matter where you are, please be well and once again Thank you.

Cheers,

Me, the girl who sat next to you
