What Is In My Timbuk2 Aviator 28.5 Liter Travel Backpack?

Packing light is an essential thing when you decide to do long term backpacking. Along with the packing light, you also need a good backpack to support it. I choose the Timbuk2 Aviator travel backpack like mine.

I am always amazed every time I see a backpacker with their backpack and still couldn’t help my eyes to give a glance into their backpack, just to see how big and how many bags they brought, and of course, I always wondered how they packed all of the stuff inside the bag.

Some backpackers wouldn’t mind bringing two bags, which they put behind, and in front of their body, some would choose to bring one simple small backpack. It all depends on how they maintain their strength to hold such a bag. As for me, I never want to bring more than one carrier, I guess it’s because I have a body so small it would be way better not carry more than one, but I still bring one folding day backpack just in case I can leave my main bag and go around without it.

The most extended trip I ever did was two weeks. That’s why I’m going to share about the bag I used either a short or long trip. For short trips like 1 or 2 nights, I would only bring a small backpack and a couple of clothes, but a long journey for more than one week, I usually used a big bag. The big one here refers to the big, according to myself, but when I see other backpackers, I always think that mine isn’t significant.

I’ve been using North Face Angstrom 30 Liter for a couple of years before I changed it to Timbuk2 Aviator 28.5 Liter Travel Backpack. I knew that I decrease the volume of the backpack, I do worry about it when I decided to change it, but later when I arranged all the stuff inside the bag somehow, it fits nicely inside of the bag without even take some stuff out.

There are mostly what I always bring when I’m traveling. It looks a lot, but somehow it fits into my backpack. I guess that’s what people said about the power of backpack organizing, just push it into the bag. So guys, bring a lot with a limited backpack is not a problem anymore, right?
